A couple of months ago I was invited by Jess Hellens, founder of Wild Coworking to write a guest blog post on the Wild website. The brief was that the post could be about “anything I wanted small business owners to know”, so after a bit of thought I settled on 5 Things to get right BEFORE you spend money on Facebook and Google Ads.

I know that for a lot of small businesses, both Google and Facebook Ads can seem like a must-do. Something to tick off the to do list once your website is live and you’re regularly posting on Social Media; especially as both platforms make it extremely easy to sign up and get some basic ads running.

However, just because they can be set up easily doesn’t mean they are being set up in the most optimal and cost efficient way - Remember, it’s not really in Google or Metas best interest to SAVE you money! It also doesn’t mean that you will be guaranteed success even through you may be driving A LOT more traffic to your website.

In my blog post I discuss the key issues I see on clients websites that may prevent their Digital Ads from performing well, and what improvements they can make to their overall customer journey to ensure better performing Ad Campaigns.
